  • Visit the reception/wedding venue with you or on your behalf to discuss seating plans, menus, layout, service, and timing on the day.
  • With all information in hand help to create a detailed wedding day timeline.
  • Receive all rsvps and polity chase up any that have not arrived by the date needed. Collate any dietary needs or meal request if you are having a plated dinner and advise caterer.
  • Be the person all vendors contact both before the wedding and on the day by phone or email.
  • On your wedding day i can be there as the “go to person” co-ordinating suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly at the venues.
  • Attend Wedding rehearsal the day before.
  • Personally assist the bride the morning of the wedding to make sure everything runs on time.
    • Provide Platter and bottle of bubbly.
    • Arrange for a platter and beverage for the groom and his Party
  • Deliver all buttonholes/bouquets to your wedding party before the ceremony also in time for pre photos.
  • Set up the Ceremony venue as per your previous direction.
    • Set aside seating for close family and important people/make sure they are seated there.
    • Organise music stopping and starting or liaison with the band.
    • After ceremony help photographer get everyone together for the all important group shot/family shot.
  • Set up the Reception venue as per your previous direction.
    • Seating plan set out at table.
    • Chair covers /sashes
    • Centerpieces / floral arrangements
    • Cake /Guestbook/ Present table
    • Back drop/decorations
    • PA System/videos
    • Photo boards
  • Pack up the venue as per your previous direction.
    • Ensure the venue is left clean.
    • Make sure hire equipment is ready to be picked up (record any missing or broken stock).
    • Collect up flowers.
    • Collect all gifts and have them brought to your selected place the next morning.
    • Make sure all personal items are accounted for.
Travel costs and extra staff are additional charges. These will be discussed at the time of quoting.
