- Initial consultation with Bride & Groom to discuss your perfect day.
- Visit the reception/wedding venue with you or on your behalf to discuss seating plans, menus, layout, service, and timing on the day.
- With all information in hand help to create a detailed wedding day timeline.
- Be available to talk to vendors regarding delivery/timing on the day.
- On your wedding day i can be there as the “go to person” co-ordinating suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly at the venues.
- Set up the venue as per your previous direction.
- Seating plan set out at table.
- Chair covers /sashes
- Centerpieces / floral arrangements
- Cake /Guestbook/ Present table
- Back drop/decorations
- PA System/videos
- Photo boards
- Pack up the venue as per your previous direction.
- Ensure the venue is left clean.
- Make sure hire equipment is ready to be picked up (record any missing or broken stock).
- Collect up flowers.
- Collect all gifts and have them brought to your selected place the next morning.
- Make sure all personal items are accounted for.
