Claire Deeks from Doms Kitchen
I have recently had the pleasure of working with Claire Deeks from Dom’s Kitchen (even got to have dinner with Dom!) behind the scenes of her successful Mothers on a Mission Tour around New Zealand.
She has an amazing passion for educating people about our crazy New Zealand food health star and teaching us all about healthy options for both ourselves and our children.
Doing a tour like this is a major under taking, time away from your daily life and family is only the beginning. It takes a lot of dedication to pull it off and Claire has this in bucket loads.
It also takes a crew of people to make it work, I was able to take this on for her with the Dunedin, Queenstown and Wanaka Shows and loved every minute of it. Venue checks, Set ups, goodie bag filling and logistics to get everything where it was suppose to be were a few things I could offer. Sometimes it pays to have someone around who knows the area and can be on the ground when you are not able.
